About this policy

This policy explains how Veyra Home Care LLC handles information collected through this website and its initial inquiry forms. It covers consultation requests and caregiver interest inquiries. It does not replace notices or agreements that apply when you become a client or enter a formal employment process.

Information you provide

Our client consultation form requests your name, phone number, optional email address, general city or county, general service interest, preferred contact method, and permission to follow up. Our separate caregiver interest form requests your name, phone number, email address, preferred work area or general availability, permission to follow up, and optional brief descriptions of caregiving experience and relevant credentials. The caregiver form is an expression of interest, not a completed employment application. Please do not provide medical histories, diagnoses, insurance records, identification documents, credential numbers, private details about other people, or other sensitive information through these forms.

How we use and store inquiries

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss services or potential caregiver opportunities, coordinate follow-up, and maintain a record of that contact. Google Forms processes submissions. Each form has its own response storage and a separate restricted Google Sheets response spreadsheet. Jasmine Mejia is responsible for initial follow-up and privacy requests. Gabrielle Johnson receives submission notifications and provides backup support. Access to the response spreadsheets is restricted to authorized personnel. Internal submission notifications identify the inquiry type and link to restricted records; they do not include the submitted contact details. Google processes information through its services under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

External services and website activity

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and network information, to deliver and protect the service. Its responses may enable browser network-error reporting. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies when applicable services require them. Provider processing, logs and retention are governed by the applicable service terms and settings; our inquiry retention schedule does not control those technical records. The website does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Website photographs are served with the website. Font files load from Google Fonts servers, which connects your browser to Google and may transmit technical information such as your IP address. Opening a Google Form or map connects your browser to Google. Google may process technical information and use cookies under its own policies. The inquiry forms open in separate tabs. You can also call our office. Technical requests are also processed to deliver the website. No promise is made that browsing is anonymous or that technical records are immediately erased.

Retention

For inactive inquiries that do not become client records, our intended retention period is 90 days after the last meaningful contact, unless an applicable obligation, unresolved matter, or legal hold requires longer preservation. A proposed 180-day period for inactive caregiver interest inquiries remains subject to employment-record review; records will not be deleted under that period until applicable obligations are confirmed. Automatic deletion is not enabled. We review records before deletion, and information may remain stored while applicable retention obligations are being established. Actual client, employment, complaint, and other required records follow their applicable retention requirements rather than the general inquiry schedule.

Privacy questions and requests

Do not include sensitive documents in that form. Jasmine Mejia handles requests, with Gabrielle Johnson as backup. We may need to verify your identity and, if you act for another person, your authority. Requests are evaluated under applicable obligations and retention requirements; deletion is not guaranteed where records must be preserved. Deleting a record from active storage may not immediately remove copies retained in provider backups, revision histories, or legally required records.

Information safeguards

We restrict access to inquiry records and keep submitted contact details out of routine notification emails. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use our phone number to discuss an appropriate next step if your question involves sensitive information.

Policy updates

We will update this policy when website services or information-handling practices change. Please review it when you submit an inquiry.
